New 5-star review from @LucasNebula

★★★

This is a book about the Gospels in the New Testament of the Bible, but reinterpreted in a way I had never encountered before. It removes the supernatural elements and instead presents a scientific and historical interpretation of events that could have actually happened.

The book discusses Baby Jesus, Jesus, and Mary, arguing that they were different people and exploring what may have really happened based on historical evidence. For the parts that cannot be verified through history, the second half of the book examines the reign of Emperor Constantine and how Christianity began to spread throughout the Roman Empire.
